Keys to getting your project funded.

You must be fully ready with a highly detailed set of documents. Meaning of fully ready: - Done with concept, feasibility, design,constructor in place, all construction/project plans, insurance, entitlements, off take agreements, collateral, etc.
Types of collateral accepted. - Property, Risk Insurance, Sovereign Guarantees, Bank Guarantees, SBLC, cash or savings accounts, paper investments, natural reserves, blanket liens, PPA's etc. (This matter is fully negotiable)
A complete and highly detailed set of documents on the deal that are current. (Prepared by a qualified 3rd party)

Short-Term Loans Using Financial Instruments as Collateral

Loan Structure, Terms & Conditions

Fully non-recourse loans against most international or national publicly traded financial instruments, structured at 60%–90% loan-to-value (LTV) based on the face amount, with a one (1) year term, renewable.
The financial instrument must be owned (not leased) and must be assigned, pledged, and delivered to the lender’s bank as collateral. SWIFT delivery is preferred, though courier delivery may be acceptable. If the instrument is issued by a small U.S. or foreign bank, a major U.S., Canadian, or international correspondent bank is required.
At the end of the loan term, the borrower has two options: the security may be cashed in to pay off the loan, or the borrower may repay the loan and have the security returned.
Interest rates range from 4% to 8%, depending on the collateral. Points and intermediary fees are not included in the stated rate. Points, intermediary fees, and interest are deducted and prepaid at closing, and the client receives the net proceeds, which may be used for any lawful purpose.
Important Notes: We do NOT monetize a leased instrument, and we do NOT sell SBLCs.
